Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.

For wholesale or bulk orders, dispatch times may vary depending on the volume and availability of stock. Our support team will notify you directly via email or WhatsApp in case of any dispatch delays.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas or the North-East may take up to 10 days.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹2,000. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes in India. A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹50 to ₹100 may apply based on the order value.

International Delivery (Foreign Policy)

Choudhary Textile proudly ships premium Indian ethnic wear worldwide! We use reputed international logistics partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

  • International Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7 to 15 business days to reach you after dispatch.
  • International Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the volumetric weight of the package.
  • Payment Modes: Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for international orders. All international orders must be prepaid via International Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal.
Customs Duties & Taxes Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other levies imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. Choudhary Textile has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned, no refund will be issued.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a tracking link. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment. You can also track your order directly from the "Track Your Order" link in the footer of our website.
