Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We strive to deliver the highest quality textiles. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

7-Day Return Window

At Choudhary Textile, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a **7-day return and exchange policy**. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items returned with signs of wear or missing tags will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To prevent fraud and ensure a transparent process, an uncut, 360-degree unboxing video is strictly mandatory for claiming any missing items, wrong items, or transit damage.

The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, and the items being taken out. Without a valid unboxing video, Choudhary Textile reserves the right to reject any claim for defects or missing pieces.

The Exchange & Return Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact our support team via email at support@choudharytextile.com or via WhatsApp with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
  2. Approval: Our team will review the request within 24-48 business hours.
  3. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Quality Check (QC): Upon receiving the return at our Surat warehouse, the item will undergo a strict quality check.

Refund Processing

If you opt for a refund rather than an exchange, the refund will be processed only after the returned product passes our QC check.

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI): Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after QC approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Our team will request your bank details securely via email.
  • Please note that initial shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special festive flash sales.
  • Customized or tailored garments.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or altered by the customer.
  • Fabrics cut from the roll (Dress materials bought by the meter).
